Personal Data Processing Regulation

This Regulation contains the main principles of the work of Limited Liability Company “Maslenytsa” (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) with the data submitted by personal data subjects by filling the form placed on this website.

1. Main Concepts

1.1. Personal Data:

Full name (family name, first name, patronymic name if any)
Email address
Position
Place of work (organization).

1.2. Personal data processing shall mean any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed with personal data with or without the use of automation tools, including:

collection
recording
systematization
accumulation
storage
clarification (updating, changing)
extraction
using
transfer (distribution, provision, access)
depersonalization
blocking
deletion
destruction of personal data.

2. The purposes of personal data processing by the Company are:

analysis of the target audience;
distribution of news and overviews.

3. The Company shall process personal data to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of personal data processing.
4. The Company shall process personal data based on the following principles:

legality of processing purposes
legality of processing methods
accuracy of personal data, their sufficiency for the purposes of processing
confidentiality
inadmissibility of processing personal data related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, state of health, intimate life.

5. Conditions of personal data processing by the Company.

5.1. When processing personal data, the Company shall take any and all necessary measures to protect the personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, change, blocking, coping, distribution as well as from other illegal actions.
5.2. The Company shall process personal data with the consent of the personal data subject provided by activating a link sent to the email address specified in the filled out form.
5.3 The subject of personal data, persons supporting the Company’s services to the extent necessary to provide such support, organizations as well as other persons whose rights of access to relevant information are stipulated by the current legislation of the Russian Federation may have access to the submitted personal data in addition to the Company.
5.4. The consent of the personal data subject to the processing of their personal data shall be valid indefinitely and can be revoked by the personal data subject at any time by selecting the option “unsubscribe from the mailing list” in the newsletter. In this case the Company undertakes to stop processing the subject’s personal data.

6. The personal data subject shall be entitled to:

6.1. receive information related to the processing of their personal data, including information containing:

confirmation of the fact of the processing of personal data by the Company
legal grounds and purposes of personal data processing
purposes and personal data processing methods used by the Company
information about the persons that have access to personal data or that personal data may be disclosed to under Federal Law
term of personal data processing, including storage term
procedure for exercising rights stipulated by Federal Law “On Personal Data” No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 by personal data subjects
information on the transborder transfer of personal information carried out or intended
name and address of the person processing personal data on behalf of the Company if such processing is entrusted or to be entrusted to such a person.

The specified data shall be provided to the personal data subject in an accessible form, and shall not contain any personal data related to other personal data subjects, except in cases of legitimate grounds for disclosure of such personal data.

6.2. clarify, block or destroy own personal data if incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or not necessary for the stated purpose of processing.

7. The Company shall provide access to their personal data to the personal data subject or their legal representative.
In order to receive information from the Company at the request of the personal data subject, the request for access to their personal data must contain:

the number of the main identity document of the personal data subject or their legal representative, information on the date of issue of the specified document and the issuing authority;
data confirming the fact of personal data processing by the Company;
handwritten signature of the personal data subject or their legal representative.

8. The right of a personal data subject to access their personal data shall be limited in case this access violates any rights and legitimate interests of third parties.

9. The Company shall take legal, organizational and technical measures to ensure the security of personal data.
The Company shall process personal data in full compliance with Federal Law “On Personal Data” No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006.
